PhD student in Infectious Disease Epidemiology

Imperial College London

My PhD aims at developing software and methods for the Bayesian inference of transmission trees (who infected whom). Using genetic and epidemiological data, the outbreaker2 package reconstructs transmission trees. I aim to develop additional likelihood components to the model and additional functionalities to visualise, process and analyse outbreak data.
